Erin was referred to us by Veterans United. Our journey started off in the Gainesville, GA area near Lake Lanier, and quickly moved closer to Atlanta, just outside of Decatur. I was so afraid that Erin wouldn't be available for us often since she lived an hour away, but without fault, she was always available for us and worked with our working schedule. The search was super stressful for me (No fault to Erin) since we had very specific needs, and I am a bit of an overthinker. But no matter how many offers we put in and lost, Erin stayed positive and kept us feeling hopeful. She offered some alternatives that might have helped in our offers process and she was super quick to get questions answered from the selling agents. As professional as Erin is, she is also super down-to-earth, which is very important to us. She never judged our interest, as we sometimes were drawn to odd listings. Beverly is the ultimate professional in the real estate business. Beverly stands out as the best realtor I have ever dealt with. She is NOT about making a quick buck unlike some realtors out there who claim to have years of experience, "show" you 5-6 homes and then tries to "close" the deal and get you on your way. Beverly was different in many respects. Not only does Beverly has years of experience, she looked out for my interest. She understood what I needed and pointed out defects in a few homes we saw that should be of concern even though I liked them. I had very specific needs that were feng shui related, and it was hard to find good feng shui layout on many homes out there. Beverly showed me at least 15-20 homes before I found a couple that fit what I was looking for.
