Erin was referred to us by Veterans United. Our journey started off in the Gainesville, GA area near Lake Lanier, and quickly moved closer to Atlanta, just outside of Decatur. I was so afraid that Erin wouldn't be available for us often since she lived an hour away, but without fault, she was always available for us and worked with our working schedule. The search was super stressful for me (No fault to Erin) since we had very specific needs, and I am a bit of an overthinker. Beverly is the ultimate professional in the real estate business. Beverly stands out as the best realtor I have ever dealt with. She is NOT about making a quick buck unlike some realtors out there who claim to have years of experience, "show" you 5-6 homes and then tries to "close" the deal and get you on your way. Beverly was different in many respects. Not only does Beverly has years of experience, she looked out for my interest. She understood what I needed and pointed out defects in a few homes we saw that should be of concern even though I liked them. I had very specific needs that were feng shui related, and it was hard to find good feng shui layout on many homes out there. Beverly showed me at least 15-20 homes before I found a couple that fit what I was looking for. Diego was awesome in helping us purchase our next home. We greatly appreciated his expertise, proactiveness and responsiveness in addressing our questions, concerns, and needs throughout the whole process. Diego definitely had our back the whole time. For example, he helped us negotiate moving the closing date out 30 days due to delays in our funding. Then when our funding got resolved much earlier, we wanted to try to close on the original close date. Thankfully, Diego anticipated this possible scenario and had already set the sellers expectation about this possibility. So, getting the seller to move the date back up was not a problem at all.
